Any tips for a seriously aching back??
This baby is killing me! My back hurts, the top of my stomach hurts and often has a burning numb sensation and tonight I cannot get comfortable. Nowadays I’m more than glad to have Holly wait until the end of July to come since I have things to finish up, but it’s evenings like these that make me want to issue an immediate eviction notice!!

two words: pelvic tilts. and try spending a little time on all fours doing some cat stretching. works wonders.
