Yesterday afternoon, we went to Boulder, Co with our good friends, Ryan and Melanie. It was my first visit and I really loved it. Boulder is perfectly nestled in the start of the mountains so even though I was in a city, I felt as though I was still outdoors, with the fresh air and the beautiful rolling mountains. We spent the afternoon seeing shops in the main downtown area and then we went to a super sweet Italian restaurant for supper and even though our waitress was a ditz, we had a great time! And of course, the evening wouldn’t have been complete without a couple of games of Ticket to Ride when we got home!
