The next time I throw together a crock pot, it is definitely cooking on the porch and not in my kitchen; let me tell you why. I’ve got one on the go-go today and no matter how good it smells I really don’t feel like eating it for dinner. But that’s the story of my life. Leftovers are the biggest turn off. Excuse me while I go clothespin my nose.
PS: I promise to post more photos of our place. The thing is, it has to look different (aka more tidy and more unpacked) before I feel like I can do that and unfortunately progress was stunted a few days ago. Whoops. I’ve definitely lost hope.

10 Dec, 2008Hey Katie,
You and I are soooo much alike. I just can’t stand the mess either, but take heart it get together soon enough. I love your apartment and I know you will soon make it a home for the two of you. Conor’s loft is cool. Bowls are replaceable and all will be well soon enough. Are you glad to see your old friends? We miss you already but know that it is best for you and Conor. A hlf year will just fly by and then you will be lamenting that you wish you were back in Denver. Take extra good care of yourself and your family. Love you.
