And now that you don't have to be perfect, you can be good.

Back to all the family events. It’s something a little bit new. I’m used to my CTR 5 class and hanging out with Hendrix one-on-one and now I am surrounded by 9 children, 8 of which are 6 and under! I’m glad I was able to teach CTR 5 and gain more experience with young children. I’ve most certainly developed a tone for specifically talking to little children. It seems to work! We went on an Easter clue hunt and my soon-to-be-14 nephew was my partner. Unfortunately we got stumped on our 4th clue and despite the fact that we were in the right location (YMCA) searching high and low, the clue was undiscoverable. And so we were the last of four to give up and return home where we received a warm welcome for everyone could then continue on with the day’s activities like the children’s egg hunts. But alas, my search was unfinished as I still had to hunt and find my own easter egg delicately label with my name. After being told directly where it was (under my left foot), I dug it out of the mulch to find that it was mulched, aka filled with mulch. Nonetheless, it was a fun afternoon and I wish my darling husband could’ve been here to enjoy it with me.

I love easter egg hunts. I have never done one with clues before, that’s way out of my league. Jon and I might have a mini hunt for hendrix this weekend with the plastic eggs we got. We will have to postpone though if I go into labor, which I probably won’t!
