I’m all done my jam, or at least I hope I am. I canned eight and a half cups of nectarine jam this afternoon which completes my jam plan. All in all, I managed to make saskatoon berry jam, two batches of strawberry jam, two batches of raspberry jam, peach jam, peach ginger glaze and nectarine jam! I bought 2 dozen 125 mL jars so that I could give a sampling of jam for Christmas. Perfect for our Gramma’s!

Oh and I say I hope I’m done because today Catherine, my mother-in-law, showed me a book entitled “Small-Batch Preserving” with “over 300 delicious recipes.” Will the temptation never end??
