Here’s my favourite sauce ever! This sauce is perfect for crepes and vanilla ice cream. One of my favourite ways to eat it is with a spoon right out of the fridge! The Jensens threw a Crepe Party last night which gave me the best excuse to revisit this absolutely fitting recipe!

Peanut Butter Fudge Sauce

4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips (about 2/3 to 3/4 cups)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 corn syrup (I substituted cane syrup and it worked, but corn syrup is definitely better!)

Combine the chocolate chips and milk in a sauce pan over medium heat. Melt the chocolate, stirring often. Add peanut butter and corn syrup. Mix over heat until smooth. You’ll know it’s ready when the sauce gets glossy. Serve warm over crepes or ice cream. Enjoy!
