Today I have been babysitting Ryder (commonly found on Conor’s photoblog and in the Pointe office). After playing at the park, pushing a stroller, reading an interactive book, changing an explosive (and I mean EXPLOSIVE – this sucker was soaking through) diaper, and trying to lay him down for a nap (surprisingly all he needs to reenergize is a 10 minute lay down with his bottle), I have decided that perhaps motherhood isn’t for me. Just kidding! I like it. It’s just like normal life except there’s a baby making faces at himself in the oven! Yes! I think I could do this 24-7. Then again, I just get the fun part. And I give him back. I’m not up in the middle of the night with him (thank goodness). BUT I could do this! Yes it’s been fun morning and early afternoon.
