I like bass. No, I love bass. And I am a self proclaimed fish hater. I'm not kidding when I say these cooking classes are life changing.

For class 3, we made grilled Cesaer Salad, grilled Bass with Romesco sauce and Mojo Sauce, grilled Asparagus, Couscous Stuffed Tomatoes (with kalamato olive and feta cheese), and Chocolate Souffle. I did not want to stop eating! It was soooo good!

In one of the rooms at the school is the wall of Kitchenaid hooks, flat paddles and whisks. Heaven on Earth.
