On my Mom's last day here, we took off for the Farmers' Market in SF, followed by a little trip to Half Moon Bay. I love Half Moon Bay! It was the perfect way to end a great visit. Mom rocked Greta to sleep while Conor played with Holly and I soaked it all in, my family and the sunshine. It was a really happy day.
