I still craft too. A little. I'm more of a seamtress than a crafter. I love felt flowers. They're relatively easy to make and it's nice to complete something every once in a while especially since I'm cleaning up toys only to have them immediately dumped out again. Seriously. Holly doesn't even really play with them. She just really likes everything to be messy.
Our Mothers' Day gift for our Moms. Dahlia brooches. I skipped the photo on the back. I had to keep it real and doable!
My intent with these is to make Greta some headbands since she's getting a wee bit patchy as her head gets bigger.

20 May, 2011I love mine. You did a really good job, the dalias are really detailed and look surprisingly like the real thing. The tiny roses are my next favorite.
