Conor exercises almost every single morning with the girls watching him (and Holly sometimes cheering him on). This example has rubbed off on them and they love hanging from the chin-up bar. Cracks me up! Conor lets them hang until they fall, or he helps them do a pull-up (or is it a chin-up? I don't know, I can't do either!). Adorable.
My example has rubbed off too. The other day, Holly says to me, "oh man! We didn't go to the gym today!"
