Snips and snails and puppy dog tails?

or

Sugar and spice and all things nice?

On Friday (squeal) we have an ultrasound where we will hopefully be able to find out the gender of our wee one. We’re definitely praying this babe won’t be modest while in the womb. In terms of gender vibes, Conor thinks boy and I thought boy up until the past week or so and now I’m thinking girl.

What’s your guess? Boy or Girl? I’ll be posting the gender come Friday afternoon, right after I go shopping….

I haven’t done a CK in a while, mostly because I’m uncomfortable almost all the time and so I don’t dress up too much on Sunday. Plus, I’m beginning to hit the in between stage where I’m not really rocking regular outfits anymore, but not big enough for maternity. Add to that the hatred I’ve generated for belts. And belts are what complete my winter wardrobe.

Today, I wore a maternity skirt that I had bought about a year ago from Gap for a steal, $12. Combine that with a cropped sweater, navy tights, cream tee and wedges and I was feeling a-okay.

Before church…

After church…

Definitely a bigger belly after church than before! Sometimes when my stomach hurts, I think I just subconsciously push it out a little which generally helps to ease the pain. I wore a different shirt to church because I got strawberry on the original. I also felt the baby move today! It kicked twice in Relief Society and once in Sacrament. So exciting!

There you have it, visibly pregnant!

I think I found true love. Look at those boots!

I have crazy dreams. It comes with pregnancy. Last night I dreamt that I was at some couture boutique and there were some girls there from high school that I didn’t really get along with. Anyways, I picked out this dress to try on and one of the girls told me, “you can’t wear that, you’re fat.” I practically screamed, “I’m not fat, I’m pregnant!”

I think this whole thing stems from feeling like I look pudgy rather than pregnant for the past couple weeks. Fortunately my belly is starting to round out and I totally love it!

Pretty sure Conor got bit by something in the basil. He probably has spider babies growing in his arm now.
